Once form request is sent, you will receive an invoiced confirmation of approval. 

Requests will be processed by the Friday after request is submitted.

Payment is due 60 days before event, if cities do not fill up ahead of time. To secure your spot, full payment of event is due at time of form submission.

A studio $20 late fee will be added if payment is not received before the 60 day period. Event companies may also include their own late fees as well*  Requests will only be approved and acknowledged via email, not texted. 

ADMIN FEES: $25 per dancer, $20 late fee added after registration deadline. Admin fees are non-refundable due to COVID cancellations.
